Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Trudget. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service

Trudget is a personal finance tracking application designed for manual expense logging and budget management. The app provides AI-assisted expense parsing and personalized budget recommendations. Trudget is not a financial advisor, bank, or payment processor.

Your Account & Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter. Your data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Subscriptions

Trudget offers a premium subscription ("Trudget Pro") through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies.

AI Features

Trudget uses artificial intelligence to assist with expense categorization and parsing. AI-generated results are suggestions and may not always be accurate. You should review and confirm all parsed entries. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on AI-assisted categorization.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Trudget only for personal, non-commercial expense tracking purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

Disclaimer

Trudget is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Budget calculations, AI categorizations, and spending insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trudget and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses based on app-provided information.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
